Our maintenance department works hard to provide you with a safe and comfortable home. Most of the housing we manage is older, and despite our continued effort to keep it all in good repair, there are times when some aspect of the house reaches the end of its usefulness and requires our attention. We appreciate your patience when this affects you.

Maintenance requests are dealt with according to priority based on safety and necessity. If you have a maintenance issue you can stop by anytime and ask them to write up your request for you. Our regular hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Saturday.  If it is not an urgent issue you may send your request via email.

If you have an emergency request after hours you can select the emergency option on the voice mail and someone will call you back shortly. Please do not use this option unless it is truly an emergency that cannot wait until morning. Our staff is willing to take care of your emergency during their normal time off but we ask that you do not abuse their goodwill unless absolutely necessary.

Charges may apply for maintenance issues that are the result of abuse or are otherwise the responsibility of the tenant according to the lease agreement. In these cases we can usually provide an approximation of the charges and we may be able to set up payment arrangements if your account is in good standing.

Please do not attempt to make repairs yourself without the permission of Kaufmann Property Management.
